7. How can I pay?
Centennial Storage strives to make your storage experience as hassle-free as possible, including paying your bill. Leases are month-to-month and by paying 11 months in advance you get the 12th month FREE.
You will need to visit the facility to lease your unit and make the initial payment. After that, we can set up your account to automatically charge your credit card each month. Or you can use your credit card and pay online.

9. My Credit Card is being rejected?
Here some tips for successfully completing your online storage payment:
- You must enter your full address and other required information exactly correctly. For example: enter St. instead of Street. Be sure there are no extra spaces and the number is correct or the verification step will fail the transaction.
- If you are attempting to pay more than $3000, you must sign in to PayPal first and verify your credit card via their system. This is an extra protection to protect against fraud.
- Card types that are currently not compatible with PayPal Merchant Services are:
- Procurement and private label credit cards (such as a department store credit card).
- Debit cards requiring a numeric password.
10. Do I need insurance?

12. How long will it take to start rental?
The entire sign-up process should take less than 15 minutes. The time, of course, can vary depending on whether there are other customers ahead of you when you arrive.
